We care about your experience and your safety.

  • For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or worn can’t usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Nursing covers may be returned only if they are unused and in their original condition.
  • Once an order is processed, it can’t be cancelled.
  • All returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • For a refund or replacement of a damaged product, please provide an unboxing video showing the product and the damage.
  • To help us process a replacement smoothly, including a short unboxing video of the product is required.
